Plant database

The Plant Database is a shared database accessible to everyone, regardless of which workspace they belong to. Everyone has read access, but only the person who created the plant and the admins can edit or delete it. It’s there to make it quick and easy to add plants you plan to grow.

Add a Plant to the Database

You can add a plant here directly by entering the details, or you can click the “Database” button on an existing plant’s card to add it to the database.

Link Seed Packs

In addition to information about the plant, each workspace can link seed packs to the plant in the database. These are local and specific to that workspace, and are included when you create a plant.

Upload Photos

Anyone can share photos of the plant by uploading images. These are not included when you create a plant.

Comments

All users can leave comments about the plant.

Plant Statistics

The statistics displayed are linked to the workspace and show whether the plant has been planted before.
